Richard bridges the gap between vision and reality. From managing high-performance material production to ensuring commercial fleet consistency, he keeps the shop moving at the speed of business.
Austin is the "surgeon" of the shop. Known for his obsessive attention to detail, he ensures that complex curves and deep recesses look like factory paint. If a wrap isn't perfect, it doesn't leave his bay.
