Aluminum Composite

ACM
SIGNS

ACM (aluminum composite material) sandwiches a solid plastic core between two thin aluminum skins—rigid, flat, and much lighter than sheet metal. The go-to panel for premium building IDs, lobby directories, cabinet signs, and exterior fascia where you want a flush, architectural look.

STRONG, LIGHT,
DURABLE

Because the faces are aluminum, ACM takes print and laminate beautifully and stays dimensionally stable—important for large logo panels and multi-piece installs. The composite build sheds weight versus solid aluminum, which matters on wall mounts, suspended signs, and oversized cabinet faces.

We print direct-to-substrate where the job calls for it, finish with UV laminate for South Texas sun, and can coordinate routed shapes, layered returns, and mounting hardware so your sign reads sharp from the sidewalk or the lobby.

Why ACM

ARCHITECTURAL GRADE, INSTALLER FRIENDLY

Premium First Impression

ACM reads intentional on storefronts and offices: crisp edges, even face, and a finish that matches high-end cladding systems clients already know from commercial construction.

Large Panels, Less Sag

The sandwich construction resists oil-canning better than thin sheet stock on wide spans, so your brand stays visually flat on big monument faces and long fascia runs.

Outdoor-Rated Workflow

We build for real exposure—UV print protection and laminate suited to your face time in the sun, wind, and rain—not a short-term banner look.
